Enjoy a night of hilarity with some of Stir Crazy's favorite comedians!

Greg Freiler
Greg was moved about the country frequently throughout his childhood by parents on the run from something. What? No one quite knows. Attending a different school year after year. Always the new kid, he learned early to use his sense of humor and joke-telling ability to make friends, ward off potential bullies and the inevitable beatings. I spent fourteen years in education honing my comedic skills.

Using humor to engage and entertain colleagues, students and occasionally putting a bully in their place. He draws comedy from a unique nomadic childhood, being the child of a stoic immigrant father, personal relationships and yes, even from his experiences as a teacher. Since taking to the stand-up stage,

Greg has performed across US in venues like Gotham, The Ice House, Tempe Improv, and Stand-Up Live. Working with comedians like Bob Marley, David Spade, Ritch Shydner, Louie Anderson, Tom Arnold, Paul Reiser, etc. In 2013, 2014 and again in 2016, he had the opportunity to perform for the military overseas. Greg continues to grow as a storyteller and a truly entertaining and engaging comedian.

Sidney Smith
Sidney Smith is a talented, high-energy professional comedian, whose approach to comedy is very simple: "We all are dysfunctional in one way or another and there’s nothing wrong with laughing at ourselves. True comedy allows us to absorb and take advantage of life’s teachable moments in a humorous fashion." This is the refreshing perspective that Sidney Smith brings to the stage with every performance.

A native of Detroit, Michigan, Sidney's comedy is "true comedy" indeed. It is a hilarious reflection of his life experiences, from his childhood growing up as the "only black kid in a white neighborhood" to the everyday challenges of adulthood that we all face in a world that has seemingly gone mad.

Don Steinmetz
Don has performed all over the U.S. His comedy is about his life as a 50-something parent with pre-school aged children, adult children, growing up in the South, marriage and of course his 30 plus years as a law enforcement officer. He has performed for corporate events, churches, charities and in major clubs across the country. His comedy is clean, fresh and with unique point of view that audiences rarely see in Stand Up comedy.

Mary Upchurch
Originally from San Diego, Mary Upchurch has been making audiences laugh at clubs and festivals across the country. Coining the term "Phoenix Funny", she was the winner of Big Pine Comedy Festival's Best of Fest Award in 2018, 1st place winner in House of Comedy's annual Funniest Person Contest, and most recently advanced to the quarter-finals in The World Series of Comedy Main Event. Mary is a ball of excitement, energy and enthusiasm with a pinch of self-deprecation and a dash of desperation. You can also find Mary hosting the Wings with Friends Podcast, a podcast about food, fun, and friends.
