Jake Baker

Jake Baker

Jake Baker has spent the past eighteen years performing grassroots stand-up throughout the United States and beyond. Inspired by an 'askew point of view' complimented by out of the box thinking, he uses his resonating whimsy to connect and deliver life into every audience.

Jake Baker has appeared on national media outlets such as Sirius/XM Satellite and ESPN Radio, and has featured or headlined at some of the most famous comedy clubs throughout the United States. 2012, in recognition of free speech, he performed for US military in Afghanistan and Kyrgyzstan.

A native Angeleno born in the backseat of a car, then later ruthlessly transplanted to rural Missouri, the road to entertainment for Jake Baker was natural. Growing up on Redd Foxx and Richard Pryor albums and Eddie Murphy cassettes, Baker’s adolescent was spent making anybody laugh, and later became his most defining characteristic throughout college. His friends finally goaded him onstage at a stand-up comedy club and a new life and career took hold at the millennia.

Now finally back in his hometown of Los Angeles, Jake Baker can be found a little bit of everywhere.
